Prototyping and user testing​

A project created at Compileit together with the design team at Jula.

Challenge

Help ​Jula to gather information about their customers in order to improve their over all shopping experience online.

Insight

Through online customer surveys, deep interviews with customers and analyzing customer data obtained through the Jula website, followed by a design and prioritizing workshop, we concluded that the product page focusing on the mobile experience was the most important part of Jula's e-commerce for us to improve. 

Approach

Some of the things that we changed was that we made it easier for the online customers to add the products required to buy along with their intended product in order for them to use the product by adding it close to the add to cart button, we made reassuring elements in the customer journey such as delivery alternatives, delivery time and delivery cost easy to spot along with the online availability of the product and improved the image gallery so that the customers could get more of a look and feel experience when viewing the products online.
