UI Design

A project created at Great Nash together with the strategic and creative team.

Challenge

Create a new visual identity and logotype, and create guidelines for how the new visual identity should be used. Redesign the website and optimize the user experience to aid along the user journey for Sörmlandskök's potential customers towards their purchase.

Insight

The visual identity and website had not been updated for many years, and neither were strong enough to compete with today's market. Nor did Sörmlandskök communicate clearly enough when it came to what makes them stand out alongside their competitors.

Approach

Honoring the client's wishes, we kept the osprey (the bird) from their previous logotype in the design of the new one. And we created a colour palette with tones from nature to go hand in hand with it.

We designed a website focusing on the unique selling points of Sörmlandskök, that their clients can get a new kitchen to minimum cost by simply changing the doors of their kitchen cabinets. And focused on educating their potential customers throughout the website about the perks of ordering a new kitchen form Sörmlandskök.
